About Xcel Robots
Our Background
We began working with robots in 2011. Robotic technology has advanced rapidly since then.Factory robots are working on assembly lines, performing very dangerous tasks. Warehouse robots are processing orders for online merchants as well as local grocers. Commercial service robots have been used for several years in Japan, Korea and China and more recently in Europe and the Middle East. These service robots for restaurants, hotels, hospitals and retail stores are finally arriving on American shores. Given our extensive experience in the hospitality, retail and healthcare industries and our robotics knowledge, we are highly capable of maximizing the benefits of this technology.
Our Principles
We are not car salespeople. Integrity and professionalism
define our approach. Like automobile dealers, we do have a service department
with factory-trained technicians. Customer support starts on the day of
deployment and does not end when the warranty expires. Whether the operating
environment is remodeled or our customer needs change, we are available. We are
in business to help our customers succeed in their mission.
Mission
Our purpose is to enable businesses to maximize the benefits of robotic technology. Computers and cell phones have revolutionized business operations as well personal lives over the past 50 years. The robotics revolution will solve real world problems by changing how businesses handle unpleasant and repetitive tasks. Our goal is to assist innovative businesses with this transformation and keep them at the forefront of robotic technology.
Commitment
We want every customer to know that our robots exceed their
expectations and generate a remarkable return on investment before they agree
to purchase anything. Every deployment is unique. Unlike a refrigerator or
forklift, our robots are never dropped off and left for the customer to figure
out. Our talented technicians have the skills and resources to deal with
complex operating environments. They are further backed up by 24/7/365 factory
support. We expect our robots to sell themselves, even though they have limited
or no speaking skills.
Some businesses will require complex integrations involving elevators, kitchen software, plumbing and electrical systems, and building automation systems. Our people and our manufacturing partners are committed to resolving these challenges with practical solutions that will keep our customers at the forefront of their industries while generating solid returns on their investment. Remaining competitive while facing the challenges of a rapidly evolving environment is essential for success.
Our people are not only committed to understanding the complexities of technologies such as LiDAR and computer vision; they are learning about upcoming innovations such as tactile sensing that will be used in humanoid robots. The products that we sell today won’t change much, but in the near future we expect to offer robotic baristas, commercial robotic lawn mowers, automated pallet movers, humanoids and more.
Businesses expect a commitment from their IT partners and logistics providers. As your robotic provider, our relationship is similar – to be there 24/7/365 for all your robotic needs. We start with training, but our guidance to maximize your robotic investment never stops.
